How to become a referee
To become a referee with the Ku-ring-gai & District Football Referees Association, you need:
to be a qualified soccer referee,
to fill out the membership application and pay the membership fee.
1. Referee Qualifications
If you are not a qualified soccer referee, click below to register for the next referee course and fill out a membership application.
If you were a referee in the past but have not actively refereed for three years then you will need retake the course to requalify.
If you are already a qualified soccer referee and have been active within the last three years, then simply move on to the
Membership application section below.
2. Membership Application
If you are already a qualified soccer referee but not a KDFRA member, contact our registrar to join at registrar@kdfra.asn.au
How to become a Futsal referee
To referee at Futsal centres, you must do a separate Futsal referee course and become a member of the Futsal referee
branch. Please visit the NSW Futsal Referee website for further information about becoming a Futsal referee at www.nswfra.com.au.
